UEL will become an advanced university in Viet Nam and have good reputation regionally and internationally in the fields of Economics, Finance and Banking, Law, Business and Management. In 2020, UEL will set itself up on a basic of a research university and be ranked amongst good reputation universities in the Southeast region. In 2030, UEL will be ranked amongst good reputation universities in the Asian region.
